What information do you need to design an ETP?
Your daily effluent volume, the process that generates it and, ideally, a lab analysis (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, oil and grease). If you do not have an analysis, we can guide you on getting one.
Can ETP water be recycled?
Yes. After ETP treatment, UF and RO can recover water for process reuse. For high-TDS effluent, we offer ZLD with evaporators.
Do you upgrade existing ETPs?
Yes. We study the existing plant and upgrade stages, equipment or automation to meet current norms.
Which industries have you worked with?
We have supplied ETPs for textile dyeing units in Tiruppur, automotive and glass industries near Chennai, and chemical companies in Kuwait, among others.
Do you provide AMC for ETPs?
