Do your plants follow BIS standards?
Our drinking water plants are designed as per the latest Bureau of Indian Standards requirements for packaged drinking water. Licensing is obtained by the plant owner; we design the plant and lab setup to support it.
What machines are needed to start a packaged drinking water unit?
Typically a water treatment plant (RO, UV, ozonator), storage tanks, a filling machine for bottles or jars, and labeling, batch coding and shrink packing machines. PET bottle blowing is optional if you buy ready bottles.
Can you supply both 20 litre jar and PET bottle lines?
Yes. We supply complete lines for 20 L jars and 200 ml to 2 litre PET bottles.
Do you supply used or refurbished bottling machines?
Yes. We buy, refurbish and sell used filling machines, jar washers and RO plants to reduce start-up cost.
